Dress has no closure and slips on over the head, will fit a maximum 40" bust. Belt measures 38" when buckled. Original owner has altered belt with a snap to hold the belt tip in place, which fits the 38" waist. Belt could be easily adjusted by moving the snap. Size Marked: Unmarked
